I had the rare opportunity of interacting with various learners of different age groups.At the school level- As a teacher of English I always tried to include every voice in my classroom especially the the quiet ones at the back benches. As the coordinator, I was able to handle the overdrive of teenage harmones with my approach of caution mixed with aggression.At Competition level- I was involved with DEEKSHA- a coaching dedicated for the preparation of CAT, CLAT, SSC exams. In my term of 5 years, apart from the class room duties, I also played a part in keeping the aspirants stress free and focused.I was in charge of honing the communication skills of these young minds as well. There I was able to express, exchange and share the views with them on plethora of issues.Personally, at college level l was defending champion of GK Quiz and Creative Writing Competition for 2 years.
